Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?
—Mary Oliver

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in the Los Angeles area. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where I explored how gendered emotional experiences in childhood impact adult relationships in my thesis.
During my graduate training, I developed my clinical skills at the Southern California Counseling Center, one of California’s largest community mental health centers. Working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds deepened my commitment to relational work, emotional intelligence, and helping people create stronger, more connected lives.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in both depth-oriented and evidence-based practices. I draw from Gestalt, Somatic, and Narrative therapies, and I’m certified in the Community Resilience Model—a trauma-informed approach that supports nervous system regulation and healing. My work is also influenced by the study of neuroscience, which has shaped how I understand the impact of stress and trauma on the body and mind.
Over the years, I’ve pursued advanced clinical training with leaders in the field of couples therapy, including completing all three levels of Relational Life Therapy with Terrence Real. I’ve also trained in the Gottman Method and studied with Sue Johnson, Stan Tatkin, and Esther Perel. Drawing from these approaches, I’ve developed a relational style that is warm, collaborative, and focused on real, sustainable change.
In my private practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, relationship conflict, life transitions, and parenting stress. I strive to offer a grounded, supportive space where people can explore the deeper layers of their emotional lives, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
My work also extends into mindfulness and sound healing. I began incorporating meditation into therapy sessions after seeing how often clients struggled with sleep and anxiety. That journey led me to create guided sleep meditations and ambient wellness music, blending therapeutic insight with the healing power of sound. My recordings are featured on Apple Music’s popular Sleep Meditation playlist and are available on Spotify and other streaming platforms.
In addition to my meditations, I also cohost a podcast called Sleep Tonic with sleep coach and author Julie Wright. On the show, we have rich, meaningful conversations with experts across a variety of fields related to sleep—from neuroscience and somatics to psychology and wellness. Together, we explore the many layers of what it means to truly rest and restore.
Whether through therapy, meditation, or creative collaboration, my goal is to support people in cultivating emotional resilience, improving sleep, deepening self-understanding, and creating more authentic, meaningful lives.
